Warranty
We provide technical support by partnering with our suppliers, comprehensive & unlimited after sales service and warranty on the products we sell. 
 

WARRANTY SERVICES WILL BE VOID IF:

  • Proof of purchase is not provided
  • The product is mishandled (e.g. exposing to high humid, moisture, heat or shock
  • Product has been opened unauthorizedly/warranty label defaced/removed
  • Product is physically damaged.
  • Warranty for brand new machines is 12 months.
  • Warranty for refurbished machines is 3 months
  • No warranty on accessories e.g. power cables, VGA, etc
  • No warranty on power failure once tested.

Software & Hardware Maintenance
We provide preventive maintenance service and care of computers. This includes servicing of computer systems and updating of softwares.
 
The preventive maintenance service is provided at a pre-agreed time and at the customer’s premises or at our offices. Our technical staff is well trained and experienced to handle various IT related challenges.
